# Picuki alternatives in 2026: which anonymous Instagram viewers still work

## Picuki status
Picuki stopped returning Instagram content during 2025 and repositioned around TikTok. On 9 September 2026 picuki.com answered a desktop-browser request with a Cloudflare challenge page instead of a profile. Search demand persists (about 246,000 searches a month carry the name); Reddit mentions of Picuki in THINKPOL's archive fell from 1,192 in 2020 to 47 in 2025 (minus 96 percent).

## Viewer status on 9 September 2026
- Dumpor: working. dumpor.com redirects to dumpor.io (HTTP 200); profile, story, reel and follower viewers; public content only.
- Mollygram: working (HTTP 200); anonymous story and profile viewer.
- Imginn: partial. Cloudflare "Just a moment" challenge on our request; reported down for days when Instagram rotates endpoints; shows public profiles, stories and downloads when up.
- Gramhir: dead. Domain resolves, no web server answers.
- StoriesDown: dead. No DNS record.
- Peekviewer: loads (HTTP 200); markets a "deleted Instagram posts viewer" that, by its own description, only shows content it cached while monitoring an account (up to 90 days); its private-account claim cannot be true for a proxy.

## How these viewers work
They proxy Instagram's logged-out public surface and re-serve it with ads. They cannot show private accounts or deleted posts, and they break whenever Instagram rotates endpoints or tightens its login wall. Instagram's robots.txt disallows all automated access.

## What to use by case
- One public profile: the direct instagram.com URL, then Dumpor or Mollygram for stories.
- Collecting a public account's posts: Instaloader (maintained, release July 2026) with a throwaway session.
- Preserving evidence: your own timestamped capture or a Wayback Machine save; viewers are lookup boxes, not archives.
