- Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our systems
- Redistribute or resell our data without authorization

- Re-identify pseudonymous individuals or combine platform-derived data with off-platform personal identifiers to build individual profiles for purposes beyond your stated lawful use case
- Use derived intelligence to discriminate against, harass, or target individuals in violation of applicable law

All content, data, software, and materials provided through our services are the property of THINKPOL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
THINKPOL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

THINKPOL is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit Inc., or any other third-party platform whose publicly available data may be indexed through our services. "Reddit" and the Reddit logo are registered trademarks of Reddit Inc. All third-party trademarks referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive and nominative purposes.
THINKPOL accesses publicly available data through lawful means. Our platform does not circumvent technical access controls, authentication mechanisms, or rate-limiting measures deployed by third-party platforms. Use of our services does not grant any rights in third-party content beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of intelligence derived from our platform complies with all applicable laws, third-party platform terms, and data protection regulations in their jurisdiction.
